Payment Methods

During the check-out process, you will be able to select a payment method. It is possible that not all payment methods listed below are available for your order.

Advance payment

If you select advance payment, we provide you with our bank details during the check-our process and deliver the goods on receipt of funds. Please note that banks can take three to four business days to process transactions. Your order will be dispatched after payment receipt.

Please make sure you make the payment to TES Management GmbH. Payments made to “English Shop” may not be processed by the bank.

PayPal Express 
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After submitting your order in the shop we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. 

PayPal Plus
Within the context of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you Paypalcredit card and direct debit payment as PayPal services. You will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. You may enter your payment details there and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal. 

If you select PayPal as your payment method, in order to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and identify yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal directly after confirmation of the payment instructions. You will receive additional information during the ordering process. 

If you select credit card as your payment method, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company upon request by PayPal and debited to your card, directly after confirmation of the payment instructions and after your identification as the legal cardholder. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you select direct debit as your payment method, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. With the confirmation of the payment instructions, you are granting PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you separately about the date of the account debit in an advance notification (pre-notification). With the submission of the direct debit directly after confirmation of the payment instructions, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out and your account is debited. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

Invoice
As a registered customer, you can choose to pay per invoice starting with your fourth order. Your order will be processed immediately and you pay via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving your goods. We reserve the right to allow payment by invoice only after we verify your credit rating.

Please do make sure to use “TES Management GmbH” as the account holder when you make the transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: Our webshop moved to a new system on July 23, 2020. For reasons of data security and economy, your orders have not been copied over from the old system. Therefore, the payment method "Invoice" is not displayed. However, you can still pay by invoice, if you have done so far, choose the payment method "Advance Payment" and leave us a note in the comment field at the end of your order. Your old orders are still stored in our database. If we find that we have not yet deposited three paid orders with you, we will contact you.

Voucher

During check-out, you will get the opportunity to enter a voucher number and use your voucher for payment. If the voucher doesn’t cover the whole invoice amount, you will be able to select a payment method for the remaining amount afterwards.
Payment by voucher can currently only be used to a limited extent. If you have any problems with your voucher, please contact us.
