Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the order volume in our online shop has increased significantly.
Our stockroom staff are doing everything they can to make sure that your order will be with you as fast as possible. We do ask for your understanding if it should take longer than usual.
Furthermore, deliveries will also be delayed because our shipping service provider DHL has to handle a multiple of its usual work load.
For some products (esp. canned goods, hygiene products and baking mixes) delivery times have gone up at our suppliers in the UK. This results in longer delivery times for these products in our shop as well. Currently, we are unfortunately unable to offer partial deliveries - those always take more time and effort than regular deliveries, and we do not have the capacities to provide this at the moment. Should your order include products with different delivery times, the parcel will be shipped once all goods are available.

Our shops in Cologne and Bonn are open this week from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
